Redshirts - John Scalzi Loved the premise as well as the execution. Super funny, genuinely so, and engaging. Thought the book ended perfectly and very satisfyingly. The codas felt unnecessary and I didn't enjoy them as much. Wondering if the book would have felt slightly more solid to me either without the codas altogether, OR if he made the final coda the last chapter of the book, and skipped the other two. (The final coda is very well done, for the record.)
